The Arc of Greater Brockton (AGB) signed a partnership agreement with IdentoGo fingerprinting services in the Summer of 2022 to provide part-time employment opportunities for participants associated with the AGB. The AGB is the area provider of fingerprinting services on behalf IdentoGo – a nationwide identity service provider.

IdentoGo provides the secure capture and transmission of electronic fingerprints for employment, certification, licensing, and other verification services. Industries that require fingerprinting for new employees include health care, education, human services, child care, state agencies, and more.

IdentoGo will be closed on Wednesday, December 25th for Christmas and will resume regular hours on Thursday, December 26th. Identigo will also be closed on Wednesday January 1st, 2025, and will resume regular hours on Thursday, January 2nd, 2025.

Helpful Information

How do I schedule a fingerprinting appointment?

Fingerprinting appointments cannot be made at our location.  You must call IdentoGo at 1 844 -321-2124, or register on-line at www.identoGo.com to schedule an appointment.

What if there are errors in my personal information on the IdentoGo registration?

Our office has limited abilities to correct information that is incorrect as part of your on-line registration.  We will do the best that we can to assist you, but you, and/your employer may have to call to correct the information before the fingerprinting can occur.  IdentoGo customer service is 1-844-321-2124.

Parking when you arrive

The IdentoGo operation is located within the Arc of Greater Brockton facility.  The IdentoGo Entrance is located off of the West Chestnut Street parking area, utilizing the same entry point for the Family Support Center and the Day Habilitation Center.  Two parking spaces are reserved and marked for IdentoGo customers to the left of the entrance.

Can I come without an appointment?

You must have an appointment in order to have your fingerprints taken.  We cannot make appointments for you when you arrive.

Are Walk-ins allowed?

Although we do not encourage walk-ins because of our typically full schedule, as long as you have an appointment scheduled and you are in the IdentoGo reservation system you can walk-in on a different day from your scheduled appointment.  We will do our best to accommodate you in between customers that have scheduled appointments for that day. You should bring your confirmation email with you when coming as a walk-in.

Can I come before or after my scheduled appointment time?

Although we do not encourage people to come early or late because of our typically full schedule, you may come early or after your scheduled appointment time and we will take you as soon as we can in between existing appointments. You should bring you confirmation email with you when arriving before or after scheduled appointment time.

What if I miss my scheduled appointment?

Your registration information typically remains in the IdentoGo system for a few days so you can come in as a walk-in and we will take you as soon as we can in between existing appointments.

Common Forms of Identification needed for the fingerprinting process.

A picture ID is required in order to prove your identity.  The most common ID’s used are a State Drivers License, a Passport, or a State ID.  If an ID has an expired date then you will not be able to proceed with the fingerprinting. Pictures of an ID will not be accepted.

What if I am 16 years old or under?

In order to waive the picture ID requirement you will need to have a parent/guardian with you and a signed picture ID waiver from them.  (We have the waiver forms available on site).  In addition to the signed waiver, you will need either a Social Security Card or a Birth Certificate.

Can you send my results to other employers as well?

Your results will be sent to the state agency selected during the appointment registration process. We cannot send your results to anyone that is not identified while setting the appointment.

Forms of Payment

You may pay your processing fee with a debit card, credit card, money order, certified check or a business check from the company you are doing the fingerprinting for.  We cannot accept cash for payment.  If you utilize a business check or money order the check must be made payable to Idemia.
