Since 2010, the Arc of Greater Brockton has received the maximum Three-Year Accreditation by CARF International for Community Integration.
CARF accreditation is a public seal of trust and commitment to quality based on internationally accepted standards. Achieving this accreditation demonstrates The Arc of Greater Brockton’s commitment to exceptional, personalized care. An organization receiving the highest level of CARF accreditation has undergone a detailed peer review process and has demonstrated to a team of surveyors, during an on-site visit, its commitment to providing programs and services of the highest quality. QUEST Survey
As a DDS service provider, we are required to conform to the standards of the Office of Quality Management who is responsible for coordinating the many activities the Department engages in to assure and enhance the quality of services to individuals with intellectual and developmentally disabilities.
The Arc of Greater Brockton participates in a QUEST survey and DDS Licensure review every two years. In September 2021 the DDS office completed a review of the operations and scored the agency on a variety of operational, administrative and program indicators. DDS was very complimentary of our operations and provided The Arc of Greater Brockton with a score of 89% for Certification standards and 96% for Licensing standards.
