Join us for a free workshop designed for parents and professionals. Learn about the essential aspects of special education, including the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and Massachusetts laws. Explore topics such as evaluations, referrals, team meetings, individualized education programs (IEPs), 504 plans, effective progress, transition, and important timelines.

About Your Host: Cathy Hickey, DESE Navigator, will present on the basic rights of the IEP process.
